My Study Place

As i'm doing my homework, I can hear the sound on TV so loud and clear that I can fully understand everything happening or being said, without even watching; so the process of concentration is becoming a bit challenging.

Then i can hear the sound - the very disturbing sound - the fan of my laptop is making. It keeps reminding me to stop lazing around and to take it to the company to get it repared, before the guarantee expires.

Observing every second of the changing process of daylight improves my mood of studying. From where i usually sit while doing my homework or working with the laptop, when i look at the screen, what i see in the background, through the window, is some western parts of the city.

I'm not listening to any music but i can hear it playing continuously. Although i dont even notice it most of the time, it helps by keeping me feel like there are people around; and that's it.

p.s. Talking about doing homework, nothing can be compared to the pleasure and the feeling of relief, the moment I'm done with it.

When It Touches Your Heart

The song which mostly affects me, and arouses my emotions, is heal the world by Michael Jackson. It involves different issues the world is confronting, and it’s an evocation of love and care. It clarifies that by preserving the status quo, there won’t be any humanity and love left.

It starts with the voice of a little girl saying what she’s been told by the elderly. “They say they want to make it a better place for our children and our children’s children.” She sounds confused, but when she says “I think they can make it a better place,” There’s hope in her voice and it’s almost exactly how I had always thought. Not considering political aspects, from a child’s point of view, it’s possible for every person to want the best for all other human beings, without being obsessed about themselves being the best. When she talks about the next generation, it’s as if she’s talking about her own children and it’s obvious that she really cares about the future of human race.

There is tangible evidence that almost every mentally healthy person wants the whole world to be in peace, so that every part of it will be an idyll for them to live in. As the song says, there wouldn’t be any hurt or sorrow in such world and no need to cry. It brings such bliss that people will stop existing and start actually living. It says love itself is enough for living.

The last part restates the main idea of the song. “I feel you are all my brothers.” If world becomes a better place, It’s for you and for me and the whole mankind. It will benefit everyone.

I enjoy this song because every time I listen to it I feel like I can feel the bond between all human beings. I believe that although it may seem impossible, being able to love all mankind would create the most pacifying feeling someone can experience.
